- In reply to: Tonks D secb88%teach@dcs.shef.ac.uk , I boldly answer thus:
- >I intend to buy a Blizzard 1260 board with possibly 16Mb. I was wondering if
- >anyone can tell me whether it's worth the extra expense of buying 60ns RAM
- >over 70ns.
-
- There isn`t really any extra expense involved, at least not here in
- Norway.
-
- >Anyone noticed any big compatability problems with the 1260??
- Not really. Some trouble with Breathless and Nemac IV. Squirrel does`nt
- work either, but all these are being fixed.
-
- >Amiga Shopper said that some 3.5 inch hard drives won't boot properly and you
- >have to make a boot floppy. Has anyone else found this problem?
- Nope. All the harddrives that we sell for the amigas work fine. That
- includes Conner, Quantum, Seagate and Maxtor.
